You are working longer hours or simply not feeling well. Perhaps you need to take care of a loved one or you have been told to self isolate. There are lots of reasons for not been able to attend for your dental appointment. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email. We are busier than ever and we can use your space to bring in patients needing urgent treatment. Please notice that if you fail to attend or cancel within less than 24 hours you may incur a charge or been asked to pay in advance before rebookimg again.
