This summer will hopefully be one to remember. That summer of the vaccination campaign, that summer of reunions and trips abroad. Finally some holidays! Remember to always stay alert, even if you have received your full vaccination. Keep wearing your mask when...Dear Patient:
We now have started recalling all due routine dental check ups.
As a result, we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for appointments.
If you cannot get through by phone please email us your name and d.o.b. and postcode to reception@romford-dental.co.uk and we will contact you as soon as we can.
The practice is open Monday to Saturday and we still aim to see any dental emergencies within 24 hours. In case of emergency please keep trying to call on 01708203146.
If you have experienced any coronavirus symptoms over the last few days please arrange a PCR test and do not book an appointment until you receive a negative result.
Please notice that we are a fully private practice and we do not offer any dental treatment on the NHS.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WHEN COMING TO THE PRACTICE:
1. COME ALONE (If not possible, escort should be from same household).
2. ARRIVE ON TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE TOO EARLY PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR.
3. WE OPERATE A TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM, WITH A RED LIGHT PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE. WHEN LIGHT TURNS GREEN PLEASE SANITIZE YOUR HANDS AND COME TO RECEPTION. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE ON OUR WALL MOUNTED THERMOMETER.
4. DO NOT BRING ANY JEWELLERY OR BAGS.
5. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK.
(Patients without a facemask will not be seen)
