    Dear Patient:

    We now have started recalling all due routine dental check ups.

    As a result, we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for appointments.

    If you cannot get through by phone please email us your name and d.o.b. and postcode to reception@romford-dental.co.uk and we will contact you as soon as we can.

    The practice is open Monday to Saturday and we still aim to see any dental emergencies within 24 hours. In case of emergency please keep trying to call on 01708203146.

    Please note that we are not yet allowed to see patients without an appointment. This is for the purpose of triaging Covid symptoms and avoiding larger gatherings at the practice entrance. Do not come to the practice without an appointment.

    PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WHEN COMING TO THE PRACTICE:

    1. COME ALONE (If not possible, escort should be from same household).

    2. ARRIVE ON TIME. IF YOU ARRIVE TOO EARLY PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR.

    3. WAIT OUTSIDE FOR A NURSE TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE AND GIVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

    4. DO NOT BRING ANY JEWELLERY OR BAGS.

    5. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK.

    (Patients without a facemask will not be seen)

    6. PLEASE NOTE THAT TOILET FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
